Your physical prototypes get made as soon as we're happy with the design, and together with you over a good espresso coffee in our Bayswater workshop, we inspect and scrutinise the finished product to your complete satisfaction. If somethings's not right, we make it right. 

Your new sheet metal product's CAD designs are converted into machine programs that drive our own little 'Lamborghini', the Trumpf TruPunch 2020 punching machine. This beast cuts the flattened shapes of your components-to-be into large sheets of steel of the desired thickness, and can even form shapes such as raised dimples and flanges into them. 

Removing burrs (deburring or linishing) can be done manually but is fastest and most consistent when using automatic surface deburrers like our Timesaver Series 1200.

As with punching, the bending process yields big speed and quality gains when using modern tooling and machines, and we use a Safan E-Brake 100 tonne and a Trumpf Trumabend 60 tonne press brake machine.
